- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
How To Make tarragon ranch dressing

Step 1In a medium bowl, mash garlic and salt together with a fork to create a paste. Whisk in mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, tarragon, parsley, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
