- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tablespoons parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons light mayo
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
How To Make light caesar dressing

Step 1Drain tofu and add to food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients.
