I use this dressing over spinach and fried potatoes... this is something I learned from my grandfather.

Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon flour
How To Make hot bacon dressing

Step 1Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon, reserving two tablespoons grease. Heat to boiling.

Step 2Meanwhile, beat eggs, remaining 1/2 cup sugar and flour.Slowly add vinegar to eggs and continue to beat.

Step 3Return to medium heat and cook until thick. Add chopped bacon and serve.
