This dressing goes a long way and can be stored in the refrigerator for weeks. I use fresh strawberries, mango, chopped walnuts (any kind you like) romaine lettuce and chopped veggies in a bag that Dole makes. Low Carb, Healthy, and enjoyable.

How To Make honey poppy seed dressing for salad with fruit

  • Step 1
Wash, rinse and chop all salad ingredients. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  • Step 2
Make your hard boiled eggs, if you are using them. Set aside and put in salad before applying the dressing.
  • Step 3
Mix all your salad ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Taste and decide how much more honey you would like in it. Refrigerate until a few minutes before using. I use a serving bowl and small ladle for the salad, each person can use what they like. If it's the whole salad, I put the dressing on just before everyone sits down. This salad is also excellent with adding in grilled chicken slices, crab meat, shrimp cut up and anything you feel you would like to try on top of it. Enjoy.
