Etcetera Dip

Monica H

The method is as important as the ingredients in this one! I have been trying for a while to make the "perfect dip" and I think I've come pretty darn close! Don't omit the butter, or lemon zest, or the baking for 5 minutes, or anything else in this one... it all has a purpose to make this dip wonderful!
Be careful with that onion is super salty and potent... anything more that 1/8 tsp will make the dip salty!
I call it etcetera dip because I went through many ingredients, etcetera, for the last few years in trying to perfect it! :)
