I made pork chops the other day, breakfast chops that were not the best in my opinion. So I've made a semi homemade sauce, breaking down the meat, adding brown sugar, mushrooms, onions, and seasonings. Let it simmer 2hours+ into something beautiful, goes great with whatever your imagination conjurs up.Try this over noodles, over your nachos, or like I did today, over pan fried smoked sausage, with potato salad on the side. Even great in lieu of spaghetti sauce.
