Topping for What Tempts Ya, Iris

iris mccall

I made pork chops the other day, breakfast chops that were not the best in my opinion. So I've made a semi homemade sauce, breaking down the meat, adding brown sugar, mushrooms, onions, and seasonings. Let it simmer 2hours+ into something beautiful, goes great with whatever your imagination conjurs up.Try this over noodles, over your nachos, or like I did today, over pan fried smoked sausage, with potato salad on the side. Even great in lieu of spaghetti sauce.

How to Make Topping for What Tempts Ya, Iris

  1. Shred the chops or pull them apart like I did, add all ingredients to a 6 quart pot. Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer. Cook uncovered until the mixture starts to thicken, then cover. Stirring as needed.
  2. My cops were cooked and seasoned already.
