Ingredients
- 1/2 - cucumber peeled seeded and chopped
- 3 slices bacon, cooked crisp & drained
- 1 small tomato seeded & chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons grated orange zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or ( 1 tsp. dried dill )

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a bowl chill covered for at least 1 hour.

Step 2Keep covered with plastic wrap to allow the flavors to develop.

Step 3The dip can be made 2 days ahead of time. To serve stir well and serve chilled.
