cucumber peeled seeded and chopped
3 slice
bacon, cooked crisp & drained
1 small
tomato seeded & chopped
2 Tbsp
finely chopped onion
3/4 c
sour cream
2 Tbsp
grated orange zest
1 tsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
cider vinegar
1 Tbsp
fresh dill or ( 1 tsp. dried dill )

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all ingredients in a bowl chill covered for at least 1 hour.
  • 2Keep covered with plastic wrap to allow the flavors to develop.
  • 3The dip can be made 2 days ahead of time. To serve stir well and serve chilled.
