This dip is good for a picnic or to take to a fellowship dinner. And you can have it at your next BBQ.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - cucumber peeled seeded and chopped
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked crisp & drained
  • 1 small tomato seeded & chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or ( 1 tsp. dried dill )

How To Make tomato cucumber dill dip or spread

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl chill covered for at least 1 hour.
  • Step 2
    Keep covered with plastic wrap to allow the flavors to develop.
  • Step 3
    The dip can be made 2 days ahead of time. To serve stir well and serve chilled.
