So yummy, and I made it healthier by using lower fat ground turkey meat, but you can use leand ground beef. And this is all microwaved, so it's quick to make.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 - 16 oz can refried beans
- 1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
- - finely shredded lettuce
How To Make taco salad dip

Step 1In microwave safe bowl, micro ground turkey 1 min, crumble, microwave until cooked. Stir in green bell pepper, onion, beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, hot pepper sauce and garlic. stir to combine.

Step 2Cover and microwave 4 mins. Spread mix into a microwave safe 9" pie plate. Cover and microwave 4 mins.

Step 3In small bowl, mix together sour cream, 1 tbsp cheese and chili powder. Spread over mix in pie plate. Sprinkle w/ lettuce and remaining cheese. Serve w/ tortilla chips.
