Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings, tips discarded
- - oil for frying
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup franks hot pepper sauce, or more if you like really spicy wings
- 1/2 cup sour cream, i used light
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, i used light
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, snipped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, snipped
- 1 tablespoon milk
How To Make spicy wings w/ cooling dipping sauce

Step 1Rinse chicken and pat dry. Heat aboutl 1/2" oil, or more as needed in lg pot over med-high heat. Fry chicken for about 10 mins.

Step 2Fry in batches if you must. Drain on paper towels. Place chicken in a baking dish and place in oven at 300 degrees to keep warm.

Step 3Melt butter in saucepan, stir in hot sauce. Pour sauce over wings and stir to coat. In bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, basil, parsley and milk until combined well. Serve w/ wings.
