spicy hot, creamy jalapeno dip

A very spicy dip, but the creaminess of the cream cheese cools it down just a bit.

Ingredients

  • 2
    8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise, i used light
  • 1 c
    shredded mexican cheese
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz
    can green chilies, drained, chopped
  • 4 oz
    can goya jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter

How To Make

    In lg bowl beat first 6 ingredients until smooth. Spread dip in a casserole dish. Heat oven to 375.
  • 2
    In bowl, combine panko crumbs, 1/2 cup parmesan cheesw and butter. Sprinkle over dip. Bake 20 mins, or until bubbly. Serve w/ tortilla chips or corn chips.
