Ingredients For pineapple dipping sauce for shrimp

    lime juice
  • 2 tsp
    finely chopped fresh jalapenonpeper
  • 1/2 c
    pineapple preserves

How To Make pineapple dipping sauce for shrimp

    Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Really good on coconut shrimp. Makes 1/2 cup.
