My mother has been making this ever since I can remember. Once you try this one you'll never go back to buying it.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mild cheddar cheese grated
  • 7 oz jars pimiento finely chopped
  • 1sm can evaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (heaping tbl.)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (heaping tbl.)

How To Make mom's best pimiento cheese

  • Step 1
    Mix all together ,thoroughly. Place in a covered container overnight in fridge to thicken. Mixture will be very wet when first made. Enjoy!
