Ingredients
- 1 cup ligfht sour cream
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded, reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup scallion, chopped
How To Make lighter bacon-tomato dip

Step 1In lg bowl, using a mixer, blend all ingredients well. Except bacon and tomato. Stir bacon into mix. Then stir in tomato. Chill until ready to serve.

Step 2Serve w/ bread cubes, crackers and veggie sticks.
