Very easy, light and tasty. I serve w/ crackers and cut up veggies.

Ingredients

1 c
ligfht sour cream
1/2 c
light mayonnaise
4 oz
reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 c
diced green bell pepper
1 large
tomato, diced
1 lb
bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 c
shredded, reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1/4 c
scallion, chopped

Step-By-Step

1In lg bowl, using a mixer, blend all ingredients well. Except bacon and tomato. Stir bacon into mix. Then stir in tomato. Chill until ready to serve.
2Serve w/ bread cubes, crackers and veggie sticks.
