Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans 15 oz
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2-3 tablespoons water
- pinch - paprika
How To Make hummus

Step 1Peel garbanzo beans. Rinse with water and a dash of lemon juice.

Step 2In a food processor mix tahini and lemon juice for 1 minute.

Step 3Add olive oil, garlic, cumin and salt. Process for 30 seconds. Scarp sides and process for another 30 seconds.

Step 4Add beans and process for 30 seconds. Scrap sides of food processor and process another 30 seconds.

Step 5Add 1 tablespoon of water at a time and process until you reach desired consistency.

Step 6Put in a container, sprinkle with paprika, cover and store in the fridge for up to a week. Serve with vegetables or crackers.
