- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 - 10 oz can mushroom pieces, chopped
How To Make easy, creamy broccoli dip

Step 1Cook broccoli in water in saucepan over medium heat just until tender. Drain, chop. Melt butter in pan, over medium heat.

Step 2Add onion, saute until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Add broccoli. Heat and stir until cheese is melted.
