Dill Dip

Elizabeth Sharp

This makes a lot of dip for a crowd. It is easy and so delicious served with a vegetable tray. It doesn't go very well, though, with chips or crackers. You can make it ahead and it lasts 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

1 16 oz
carton plain yogurt
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix
2 Tbsp
dry dill weed
cracked pepper to taste

1Mix the Yogurt with the Dry Onion Soup Mix. Stir in the 2 Tablespoons dried Dill Weed and Cracked Pepper.
2Cover and refrigerate several hours so that flavors can mingle.
3Serve cold, as a dip, with assorted raw vegetables. Unusual and delicious!
