Cheddar Jalapeño Dip
8 ozcream cheese, softened
1/2 csour cream
1/4 cwhole milk
1 tspground cumin
1 1/2 cgrated cheddar or mexican cheese
1 mediumjalapeño chili pepper, seeded and minced
1/2 cchopped fresh cilantro or green onions or a blend of both
1/4 cchopped cooked bacon (optional)
·tortilla chips and vegetable dippers
How to Make Cheddar Jalapeño Dip
- Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, milk and cumin in a medium bowl; mix well. Stir in cheese, Jalapeño pepper and cilantro/green onions; mix well. Add bacon on top if desired. Serve with tortilla chips and vegetable dippers.
- To serve dip warm, microwave at 50% power, stirring after each minute of cooking until dip is warm, but not hot. Top with bacon if desired after heating.
