This is an Appetizer I'll be serving on Easter...everyone loves it...especially made with my Amish grown jumbo Jalapenos...they really pack the heat...It's a dip or we use it as a spread on assorted crackers...enjoy!

  • 1 - 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    shredded, cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c
  • 5 oz
    can, deviled ham
  • 1 Tbsp
    spicy brown mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced, onion
  • 2
    jalapeno peppers, diced small - i use green and red
  • 1 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • ·
    assorted crackers or chips

How to Make Cheddar Jalapeno Dip / Spread


  1. In a medium bowl mix the first 5 ingredients with a hand mixer.

    Fold in onion, jalapenos and parsley flakes until well blended.

    Chill until ready to serve.

    Serve with assorted crackers or chips.
  2. Enjoy!
