cheddar jalapeno dip / spread
This is an Appetizer I'll be serving on Easter...everyone loves it...especially made with my Amish grown jumbo Jalapenos...they really pack the heat...It's a dip or we use it as a spread on assorted crackers...enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded, cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 5 ounces can, deviled ham
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons minced, onion
- 2 - jalapeno peppers, diced small - i use green and red
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- - assorted crackers or chips
How To Make cheddar jalapeno dip / spread

Step 1In a medium bowl mix the first 5 ingredients with a hand mixer. Fold in onion, jalapenos and parsley flakes until well blended. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crackers or chips.
