I have to keep this in my house at all times my grandsons drink Chocolate milk everyday and my husband pours it over his Coffee Ice Cream.

How to Make Chocolate Syrup


  1. Mix the cocoa powder and the water in a saucepan.Heat and stir to dissolve the cocoa.
  2. add the sugar, stir until dissolved
  3. bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 3 minutes. Be careful it will boil over!
  4. After 3 mins sit the pan off heat and add the salt and vanilla.
  5. Let cool and pour in a glass container. Store in refrigerator. Will keep for 2 months.
