How to Make Chocolate Syrup
- Mix the cocoa powder and the water in a saucepan.Heat and stir to dissolve the cocoa.
- add the sugar, stir until dissolved
- bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 3 minutes. Be careful it will boil over!
- After 3 mins sit the pan off heat and add the salt and vanilla.
- Let cool and pour in a glass container. Store in refrigerator. Will keep for 2 months.
