zesty salsa
This is an old recipe given to me by my, "Canning buddy" years ago. It's written by hand on a slip of paper. I don't know where this recipe came from, it's one of those handed down from someone who found it somewhere or got it from someone from somewhere. I remember making this and it was sooooo good!

Ingredients
- 10 cups tomatoes: cored, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 5 cups green peppers: seeded and chopped
- 5 cups chopped onions
- 2 1/2 cups hot peppers: seeded and chopped
- 1 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic: minced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
