1For heat use any hot pepper you like(jalapeno, habanero, etc) or rehydrate about 5 chile de arbol, stems removed. Place pepper(s) in food processor with tomatillos, about half the juice, granulated garlic and fresh cilantro. Puree.
2Now add equal amounts of salsa verde and jelly in a sauce pan for about 5 min, or until jelly becomes liquid. I normally use 1 c of each.
