Ingredients
- 3 - milanesa cut or paper thin sirloin steaks
- 2 small russet potatoes
- - **eggs
- - **pico de gallo
- - **2 % cheddar, shredded
- - **spray oil
- - **olive oil

How To Make steak with eggs and potatoes

Step 1Wash potato and dry. Cut into small cubes. Add about 1 Tbl. of olive oil in hot skillet, cook and brown with lid on for about 15-20 min till tender.

Step 3Using my elec. griddle, I cooked the eggs, I like sunny side up, so I cook on a low heat with a lid over the egg.
