    milanesa cut or paper thin sirloin steaks
  • 2 small
    russet potatoes
  • ·
  • ·
    **pico de gallo
  • ·
    **2 % cheddar, shredded
  • ·
    **spray oil
  • ·
    **olive oil
  • ·
    **my wet rub, see link

How to Make Steak with eggs and potatoes


  1. Wash potato and dry. Cut into small cubes. Add about 1 Tbl. of olive oil in hot skillet, cook and brown with lid on for about 15-20 min till tender.
  2. Marinade or wet rub, reduced sodium
    Use outdoor grill, skillet or griddle. Season steaks and cook about 3 min per side.
  3. Using my elec. griddle, I cooked the eggs, I like sunny side up, so I cook on a low heat with a lid over the egg.
  4. Pico de Gallo
    Garnish with cheese and pico de gallo or salsa.
