- 1 large mango, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup red peppers, diced
- 1 large plum tomato, seeded and diced
- 2 large green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 large jalapeno pepper, seeded, ribs removed and finely diced
- 1/2 tablespoon sambal oelek, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Step 1In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well-mixed. Transfer in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve salsa over white fish, crab cakes or with tortilla chips.
