Just adopted this little darling...have a couple ideas to change it up a bit...going to farmers market tomorrow so will be making this on the weekend... we love salsa & chips...but it's used in so many other recipes here!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces can whole tomatoes
  • 1 small green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 4 ounces can chopped green chiles
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 - garlic clove, minced

How To Make spicy salsa

  • Step 1
    Puree tomatoes with their juice in a blender or food processor.
  • Step 2
    Combine other ingredients and stir into tomatoes.
  • Step 3
    (Chill in refrigerator up to 5 days.)
