This salsa brings the heat, and flavor. Depending on the time of year, the color of it can change.

Add to Grocery List

  • 4 medium
    roma tomatoes
  • 4 medium
    vine ripened tomatoes
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro, fresh
  • 2 clove
  • 2 medium
  • 1
    serrano pepper
  • 1/2
    freshly squeezed lime
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 c
    red onion

How to Make Spicy Cilantro lime salsa

  1. Rough chop tomatoes, and onions and add to blender. It helps to squeeze the tomatoes and their juice to the blender.
  2. Remove cilantro from bare stems and add to blender
  3. Add peppers, salt, cumin, and squeeze lime juice into blender. Blend until smooth. If you like a chunkier salsa then chop everything to your liking. If you let it sit an hour the flavors are even better. Sometimes I add fresh zucchini as well.
