I have been combing chili beans and corn for a easy side dish for years. I decided to combine with veggies to make a salsa. Delicious to eat as salsa dip or a topper for your fish or chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    chili beans in sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    white or black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can(s)
    mexican corn
  • 1/2
    med chopped onion
  • 1/2
    med chopped pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    14.5oz can tomatoes and green chilis
  • 1 tsp
    adobo
  • 3 Tbsp
    white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    sazon
  • ·
    fresh cilanto

How to Make Spicey Chili Bean Corn Salsa

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl, Season with adobo, sazon, and vinegar. Toss and refrigerate for 24hrs for best flavor.
  2. Serve over chicken fish or salad. Or serve with corn chips.
