spicey chili bean corn salsa
I have been combing chili beans and corn for a easy side dish for years. I decided to combine with veggies to make a salsa. Delicious to eat as salsa dip or a topper for your fish or chicken.

- 1 can chili beans in sauce
- 1 can white or black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 can mexican corn
- 1/2 - med chopped onion
- 1/2 - med chopped pepper
- 1 can 14.5oz can tomatoes and green chilis
- 1 teaspoon adobo
- 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sazon
- - fresh cilanto
How To Make spicey chili bean corn salsa

Step 1Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl, Season with adobo, sazon, and vinegar. Toss and refrigerate for 24hrs for best flavor.

Step 2Serve over chicken fish or salad. Or serve with corn chips.
