Sensational Pico De Gallo

Delicious and simple! There are three things I have learned in evolving this recipe that make for fantastic Pico: 1) Letting the peppers/onion/garlic marinade in the lime juice longer is KEY to the flavor 2) Chop the ingredients by hand for authentic texture 3) Roma tomatoes and their lower water saturation level keep the flavor from diluting. If you have to use regular tomatoes, drain them before mixing the Pico.
The longer this sits the stronger the lime flavor and the suggested timings account for this. Make it right before you serve and enjoy the compliments of your family and friends!!
