This is a fun recipe and very quick and easy it also leaves tones of room to explore and add or take away from it, I got this from a friend who said she cut it out of one of her magazines and it was a hit for both of us!

    ripe mango

    pinapple
  • 1/4 c
    fresh cilantro, minced

    green onion, thinly sliced

    jalapeno, minced seeds removed
  • 2 Tbsp
    extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    maple syrup

    salt and pepper to taste

    you can also add cucumbers, black olives, to this recipe and it still taste amazing! sweet onion does well to.
