Yields 4 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 - large can of rotel tomatoes, original or mild (if you can't fine a large can, use 3 regular size
- 3 - green onions, quartered
- 1 1/2 - limes, juice and zest included
- 6 - large cloves of fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon accent
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lawry's garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, upper stems included
- 1/2 - seeded fresh jalapeno, (add seeds if you want hotter.

Step 1Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until desired consistency. Will keep in refrigerator for up to a week and a half.

Step 2Note: use a microplane to zest the lime.
