I've lost track how many times I have given this recipe away. It's loaded with flavor, and easy to make.

Ingredients

large can of rotel tomatoes, original or mild (if you can't fine a large can, use 3 regular size

green onions, quartered
1 1/2
limes, juice and zest included

large cloves of fresh garlic
1 tsp
accent
1 1/2 tsp
lawry's garlic salt
1 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 bunch
fresh cilantro, upper stems included
1/2
seeded fresh jalapeno, (add seeds if you want hotter.

How to Make Shelley's Easy Salsa

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until desired consistency. Will keep in refrigerator for up to a week and a half.
  • 2Note: use a microplane to zest the lime.
