I've lost track how many times I have given this recipe away. It's loaded with flavor, and easy to make.

  • 1
    large can of rotel tomatoes, original or mild (if you can't fine a large can, use 3 regular size
  • 3
    green onions, quartered
  • 1 1/2
    limes, juice and zest included
  • 6
    large cloves of fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    lawry's garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 bunch
    fresh cilantro, upper stems included
  • 1/2
    seeded fresh jalapeno, (add seeds if you want hotter.

How to Make Shelley's Easy Salsa


  1. Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until desired consistency. Will keep in refrigerator for up to a week and a half.
  2. Note: use a microplane to zest the lime.
