How to Make Salsa Verde
- 1Boil jalapenos in large pot until soft, approximately 15 minutes
- 2Transfer soft jalapenos to food processor with approximately 1 cup of water from pot and process 3 minutes until mixture is very smooth
- 3Add galic powder, cumin, lime juice, cilantro and lime and process for another 30 seconds
- 4Add salt and pepper to taste
