    handsful flat-leaf parsley
  • 10
    fresh basil leaves
  • 10
    fresh mint leaves
  • 1
    garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp
    creamy dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    drained capers
  • 2
    anchovy fillets
  • 1/2 tsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 5 oz
    olive oil
  • ·
    salt and black pepper to taste

How to Make Salsa Verde


  1. Place parsley, basil, mint, garlic, mustard, capers, anchovy, vinegar and oil in a food processor or blender; pulse to a puree. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Serve at room temperature.
