Ingredients
- 2 - handsful flat-leaf parsley
- 10 - fresh basil leaves
- 10 - fresh mint leaves
- 1 - garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon creamy dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon drained capers
- 2 - anchovy fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 5 ounces olive oil
- - salt and black pepper to taste
How To Make salsa verde

Step 1Place parsley, basil, mint, garlic, mustard, capers, anchovy, vinegar and oil in a food processor or blender; pulse to a puree. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
