My family absolutely LOVES this salsa. I have tweaked it quite a bit over the years, and now I think it's just right.

Ingredients

8-10 medium
yellow and red tomatoes
3 large
white or yellow onions
3 medium
avocados
5 clove
garlic
2 large
green peppers
2 large
yellow peppers
3 small
jalapeno peppers
3-4 large
ears of corn
1 can(s)
black beans
3 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
1 bunch
fresh cilantro
4-5 pinch
salt and pepper
4-7 dash(es)
hot sauce

How to Make Salsa

Step-by-Step

  • 1Slice all tomatoes, onions, avocados and peppers into bite sized chunks and place in very large bowl.
  • 2Mince garlic and add to bowl of veggies.
  • 3Remove corn from ears after cooking and place into bowl with veggies. Drain and rinse black beans and add to mixture.
  • 4Add vinegar, chopped cilantro, salt, pepper and hot sauce and mix. Let set to meld flavors @ least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
