My family absolutely LOVES this salsa. I have tweaked it quite a bit over the years, and now I think it's just right.

Ingredients
- 8-10 medium yellow and red tomatoes
- 3 large white or yellow onions
- 3 medium avocados
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 large green peppers
- 2 large yellow peppers
- 3 small jalapeno peppers
- 3-4 large ears of corn
- 1 can black beans
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 4-5 pinches salt and pepper
- 4-7 dashes hot sauce
How To Make salsa

Step 1Slice all tomatoes, onions, avocados and peppers into bite sized chunks and place in very large bowl.

Step 2Mince garlic and add to bowl of veggies.

Step 3Remove corn from ears after cooking and place into bowl with veggies. Drain and rinse black beans and add to mixture.

Step 4Add vinegar, chopped cilantro, salt, pepper and hot sauce and mix. Let set to meld flavors @ least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
