I like to use fresh vegetables from my garden during the summer when I make this salsa.

Ingredients

  • 4
    tomatoes
  • 1-2
    jalapeno peppers (depending on how hot you like it)
  • 2
    onions
  • 4 clove
    garlic
  • 2 sprig(s)
    cilantro, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 2
    lemons (juice only)
  • ·
    salt (to taste)

How to Make Salsa

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, onions, garlic, and cilantro.
  2. Add lemon juice, vinegar, and tomato paste. (more tomato paste can be added to thicken)
  3. Add salt (to taste)
