I got this recipe from my daughter who lives outside of Atlanta Georgia. Her family loves it and so do I.. Hope you will make it for your family! :-)

one can(s)
14.5 oz can of tomatoes and green chili
one can(s)
same size can of whole peeled tomatoes, undrained
one Tbsp
jalapenos (canned, diced,not pickled)
one tsp
jalapenos (same as above)
1/4 c
yellow onion (diced)
3/4 tsp
garlic salt
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp

How to Make Salsa


  • 1In food processor place jalapenos and onions. Process for just a few seconds. Add both cans of tomatoes, garlic salt, sugar and cumin. Process all ingredients until well blended but not puree.
  • 2Place in covered container and chill for a couple of hours and this will help blend and enrich the flavor.
  • 3Serve with your favorite thin corn tortilla chips.
