Use gloves when handling jalapenos so you don't burn your skin or eyes...trust me it doesn't feel good to get jalapeno juice on your face.

Ingredients

  • 3 - jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 - onion
  • 3 - dried chile peppers
  • 1 bunch cilantro, fresh
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 28oz cans diced tomatoes

How To Make salsa

  • Step 1
    Cut onion into big chunks and place in bottom of blender
  • Step 2
    Slice and clean seeds out of Jalapenos. Put on top of onions in blender
  • Step 3
    Chop cilantro and put on top of onions in blender
  • Step 4
    Break up, crumble, dried chile peppers and put on top of cilantro in blender.
  • Step 5
    Add diced tomatoes
  • Step 6
    Add Garlic salt
  • Step 7
    Pulse on low in blender until blended well. Refrigerate for flavor. Grab a bag of tortilla chips and enjoy!
