I love this and get rave reviews everytime I serve it. I have to admit though a friend shared this with me, I wish I could take credit for this wonderful culinary gem.

Ingredients For pico de gallo
-
8roma tomatoes, finely diced
-
1bunch, green onions, thinly sliced

3jalapeño peppers, finely diced
-
1cubanelle pepper, finely diced
-
1finger hot, finely diced
-
1/2habanero or bonnet pepper, finely diced (optional)

2 Tbspdried cilantro
-
2 Tbspmaggi powdered chicken boullion

1/4 clime juice
How To Make pico de gallo

1Toss all veggies together.

2Add cilantro.

3Heat lime juice in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then dissolve chicken boullion in it.

4Add chicken boullion mixture to veggies.

5For best results, allow salsa to set for about an hr to allow flavor to blend. (the longer the better).

6Serve with tortilla chips.
