I love this and get rave reviews everytime I serve it. I have to admit though a friend shared this with me, I wish I could take credit for this wonderful culinary gem.

Ingredients
- 8 - roma tomatoes, finely diced
- 1 - bunch, green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 - jalapeño peppers, finely diced
- 1 - cubanelle pepper, finely diced
- 1 - finger hot, finely diced
- 1/2 - habanero or bonnet pepper, finely diced (optional)
- 2 tablespoons dried cilantro
- 2 tablespoons maggi powdered chicken boullion
- 1/4 cup lime juice
How To Make pico de gallo

Step 1Toss all veggies together.

Step 2Add cilantro.

Step 3Heat lime juice in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then dissolve chicken boullion in it.

Step 4Add chicken boullion mixture to veggies.

Step 5For best results, allow salsa to set for about an hr to allow flavor to blend. (the longer the better).

Step 6Serve with tortilla chips.
