I love this and get rave reviews everytime I serve it. I have to admit though a friend shared this with me, I wish I could take credit for this wonderful culinary gem.

Ingredients

roma tomatoes, finely diced
1
bunch, green onions, thinly sliced
3
jalapeƱo peppers, finely diced
1
cubanelle pepper, finely diced
1
finger hot, finely diced
1/2
habanero or bonnet pepper, finely diced (optional)
2 Tbsp
dried cilantro
2 Tbsp
maggi powdered chicken boullion
1/4 c
lime juice

How to Make Pico de Gallo

Step-by-Step

  • 1Toss all veggies together.
  • 2Add cilantro.
  • 3Heat lime juice in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then dissolve chicken boullion in it.
  • 4Add chicken boullion mixture to veggies.
  • 5For best results, allow salsa to set for about an hr to allow flavor to blend. (the longer the better).
  • 6Serve with tortilla chips.
