I love this and get rave reviews everytime I serve it. I have to admit though a friend shared this with me, I wish I could take credit for this wonderful culinary gem.

Ingredients For pico de gallo

    roma tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1
    bunch, green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3
    jalapeño peppers, finely diced
  • 1
    cubanelle pepper, finely diced
  • 1
    finger hot, finely diced
  • 1/2
    habanero or bonnet pepper, finely diced (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp
    maggi powdered chicken boullion
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice

How To Make pico de gallo

    Toss all veggies together.
  • 2
    Add cilantro.
  • 3
    Heat lime juice in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then dissolve chicken boullion in it.

    Add chicken boullion mixture to veggies.
  • 5
    For best results, allow salsa to set for about an hr to allow flavor to blend. (the longer the better).
  • 6
    Serve with tortilla chips.
