- 2 - serrano peppers, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- - cilantro leaves, finely chopped

Step 1Mix all ingredients together.

Step 2Can be served right away or chilled for several hours.

Step 3It is best the same day because of the fresh tomatoes, but keeps well for several days. Yields 2 cups.
