    tomatoes, diced
  • 2 large
    onions, finely chopped
  • 3
    medium tomatillos, chopped
  • 2
    serrano peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • ·
    cilantro leaves, finely chopped

How to Make Pico De Gallo


  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Can be served right away or chilled for several hours.
  3. It is best the same day because of the fresh tomatoes, but keeps well for several days. Yields 2 cups.
  4. Serve as a relish or better yet, as a condiment on fajitas.
