- 1 - ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
- 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced with skins on
- 1/2 - white onion, chopped
- 2 - fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 - juice of 1 lime
- - salt, to taste
