This is delicious served with fajitas as well as nachos! It's nice that it can be made ahead of time.

Ingredients

  • 1 - ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced with skins on
  • 1/2 - white onion, chopped
  • 2 - fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 - juice of 1 lime
  • - salt, to taste

How To Make pico de gallo

  • Step 1
    combine all ingredients in a medium sized plastic or glass mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
    cover, and reserve until serving time.
