    ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 4 Tbsp
    fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 medium
    tomatoes, diced with skins on
  • 1/2
    white onion, chopped
  • 2
    fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1
    juice of 1 lime
  • ·
    salt, to taste

How to Make Pico de Gallo


  1. combine all ingredients in a medium sized plastic or glass mixing bowl.
  2. cover, and reserve until serving time.
