pico de gallo
I got this recipe from my mother-in-law. I know there a ton of pico recipes out there. Here's another one. It's been requested sooo many times over.

Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 large bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 large red onion, diced
- 2 small jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
- 2 pinches chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt with parsley flakes
- 4 tablespoons white vinegar
How To Make pico de gallo

Step 1Chop all fresh vegetables and place in a bowl.

Step 2Mix in cilantro, garlic salt, and vinegar.

Step 3Allow to set overnight at the very least, but preferably 24 hours.

Step 4Serve with tortilla chips.
