Peach Salsa

This recipe is a little spicy, but it's a great way to use fresh peaches, peppers, and tomatoes during season.

1 1/2 c
ripe peaches, diced
1 c
tomato, diced
1 Tbsp
jalapeno, finely minced
1/4 c
yellow pepper, samall dice (substitue red or green pepper if you like)
1/4 c
onion, finely diced
1 Tbsp
cilantro, chopped
juice of 1 lime
1/4 tsp
chili powder
1 Tbsp
brown sugar, firmly packed
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Peach Salsa


  • 1Mix all ingredients together. Serve right away or refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 2I like to serve this over chicken or fish; but, you can also serve it with toast rounds or tortilla chips.
