This recipe is a little spicy, but it's a great way to use fresh peaches, peppers, and tomatoes during season.

  • 1 1/2 c
    ripe peaches, diced
  • 1 c
    tomato, diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    jalapeno, finely minced
  • 1/4 c
    yellow pepper, samall dice (substitue red or green pepper if you like)
  • 1/4 c
    onion, finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    cilantro, chopped
  • ·
    juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Peach Salsa


  1. Mix all ingredients together. Serve right away or refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. I like to serve this over chicken or fish; but, you can also serve it with toast rounds or tortilla chips.
