Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 2 c
    tomatoes, fresh if possible, seeded and diced (if canned, drain)
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 2-3 clove
    garlic, microplaned or very finely diced
  • 1/2 c
    chopped cilantro, (fresh only)
  • 1-2
    jalapenos, chopped finely, remove seeds and membranes as you desire
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    cumin
  • 1/2
    lime, juiced and zest of 1/2 of the lime as well
  • 1 Tbsp
    e virgin olive oil

How to Make Oh My Pico de Gallo!

Step-by-Step

  1. Seed and dice tomatoes or drain if using canned (save juice for spaghetti sauce!)
  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients.
  3. marinate for a couple of hours if you can at room temperature.
