Add to Grocery List

2 c
tomatoes, fresh if possible, seeded and diced (if canned, drain)
1/2 c
chopped onion
2-3 clove
garlic, microplaned or very finely diced
1/2 c
chopped cilantro, (fresh only)
jalapenos, chopped finely, remove seeds and membranes as you desire
1 tsp
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp
lime, juiced and zest of 1/2 of the lime as well
1 Tbsp
e virgin olive oil

How to Make Oh My Pico de Gallo!


  • 1Seed and dice tomatoes or drain if using canned (save juice for spaghetti sauce!)
  • 2Add all the rest of the ingredients.
  • 3marinate for a couple of hours if you can at room temperature.
