my version of tomatillo sauce

Ingredients
- 4 tomatillos, washed and peeled
- 1 chipotle pepper, canned packed in adobo sauce (or pepper of your choice)
- 1 medium onion, cut into a rough chop
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon sugar or honey (or to taste)
- 1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
How To Make my version of tomatillo sauce

Step 1Place the tomatillos, chipotle and onions in water and bring to a boil for 5 minutes until soft and tender.

Step 2Drain water and place all ingredients in a blender. Blend well and then adjust seasonings.
