Ingredients

  • 2 large mangos, ripe but not soft, peeled, pitted and diced in a medium dice.
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced small
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 medium fresh tomatoes, diced
  • - salt to taste

How To Make mango salsa

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, add salt to taste. Cover and put in the refrigerator till ready to serve. Give it a toss prior to serving.
