Mango salsa is a really tasty and different salsa. We like using it as your everyday, typical salsa with chips. But I REALLY like mango salsa on seafood. We prepared this recipe and paired it with salmon. Excellent.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe seeded tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup finely diced cilantro
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 - serrano chili, seeded and finely diced

How To Make mango salsa

  • Step 1
    Remove seeds and chop tomatoes.
  • Step 2
    Dice mango.
  • Step 3
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate to enhance flavors.
