I love making this and serving it on grilled pork chops or chicken. But it is also good with tortilla chips.

  • 3-4
    mangoes, diced small
  • 1/2 c
    red onion, diced small (to taste)
  • 1/4 c
    honey (to taste)
  • 2
    jalapenos peppers, seeded ad diced small (to taste)
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro, chopped very fine (to taste)
  • 1 dash(es)
    cumin (to taste)
  • 1 dash(es)
    salt (to taste)

How to Make Mango Salsa


  1. Mix together the mangoes, onion and jalapenos in a serving bowl. Then add the cumin, salt and honey to taste.
  2. **For more color add a red bell pepper diced small. Serve with chips, meat or whatever your imagination leads you to.
