- 1 - jalapeno pepper, seeded & finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh chopped
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, fresh chopped
- - zest of 2 limes
- 2 - limes, juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
