Ingredients
- 1 large mango, firm; cubed
- 1 large apple, cubed
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 small red or yellow pepper, chopped coarse
- 2 - scallions
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cilanto, chopped fine
How To Make mango apple salsa

Step 1Mix all ingredients except cilantro. Cover and let sit at room temperature for several hours. Stir once in a while. Just before serving, heat in microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring after one minute. Stir in chopped cilantro and serve.
