This was my mother in laws recipe and she always made the best salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 can lg can tomatoes
  • 2/3 cup v-8 or tomato juice
  • 1 - onion. medium
  • 2 - stalks celery
  • 2-3 - pieces green bell pepper
  • 1/2 - fresh lime juice
  • - dash of garlic powder
  • - dash of salt
  • - dash of black pepper
  • - jalapeno pepper, add to your taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

How To Make lu's homemade salsa

  • Step 1
    Using a blender, add ingredients. Blend about 3-5 times until salsa is in small chunks. Make in small batches. Store in refrigerator. Will keep for a few days.
