Ingredients
- 1 can lg can tomatoes
- 2/3 cup v-8 or tomato juice
- 1 - onion. medium
- 2 - stalks celery
- 2-3 - pieces green bell pepper
- 1/2 - fresh lime juice
- - dash of garlic powder
- - dash of salt
- - dash of black pepper
- - jalapeno pepper, add to your taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Step 1Using a blender, add ingredients. Blend about 3-5 times until salsa is in small chunks. Make in small batches. Store in refrigerator. Will keep for a few days.
