  • 3 lb
    tomatoes
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 1 or 2
    large onions, thinly sliced
  • 1
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    oregano
  • ·
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • ·
    salt
  • ·
    pepper
  • ·
    vegetable seasoning
  • ·
    basil

How to Make Homemade Tomato Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Use large pot, approximately 5-quart size. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Place olive oil in pot; add chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic, green bell pepper,oregano and basil.
  2. remove constantly for 2 mins and let it cook for some mins more.
  3. add salt, pepper and vegetable seasoning.and keep removing for some mins more.
  4. from now on, it's just let it cook removing every 5 mins.
