- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 or 2 - large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- - olive oil, extra virgin
- - salt
- - pepper
- - vegetable seasoning

How To Make homemade tomato sauce

Step 1Use large pot, approximately 5-quart size. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Place olive oil in pot; add chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic, green bell pepper,oregano and basil.

Step 2remove constantly for 2 mins and let it cook for some mins more.

Step 3add salt, pepper and vegetable seasoning.and keep removing for some mins more.

Step 4from now on, it's just let it cook removing every 5 mins.
