Ingredients
- 3 medium tomatoes, seeds removed and cut into quarters
- 1/4 cup red onion, cut into chunks
- 3 small cloves garlic
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon chochula or other hot sauce (to your taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoons red wine vinegar (to your taste)
- - salt to taste

Step 1Chop tomatoes and onion into chunks and place in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and pulse to desired consistency

Step 2Let salsa ingredients sit for at least 1/2 - 1 hour.

Step 3Serve as a condiment to grilled chicken, beef or on tacos.
